A teacher plays a crucial role in a student’s life. Teachers help the students mould and develop their behaviour and personalities. A good teacher helps the students to understand their strengths and weaknesses and makes them better humans. A good teacher has an impact on the growth and well-being of the learner. An ideal teacher should be unbiased, disciplined, and polite. A teacher has a unique way of supporting students in their academic and social development. Good rapport development between teachers and students can enable better learning outcomes.

Different ways a teacher helps the students to shape their future.

The teacher engages the students in academic learning and provides them with assignments, projects and tests that are more challenging and gives an overall review of the students. Through this, a teacher comes to know about their problem-solving ability.

  • A teacher’s role in motivating students: Motivation plays an essential role in a learner’s life. A teacher has to encourage the students for their achievements, through which they get motivated inherently, which develops their ability to gain knowledge and do their best.
  • The teacher helps the students know their strengths and weaknesses: It helps them know which part of their learning to focus on more and is also beneficial for teachers by actively engaging them in the classroom activity.
  • Cultivating the self-determination of students: When students are confident, they are more likely to attain their goals in life and achieve success.
